The soft glow of candlelight engages the parasympathetic nervous system that activates our relaxation response. This in turn helps focus the breath, calm the mind, and relax the body. This sweet sequence of movement is aimed at improving balance, flexibility, and strength while reducing stress. Relax and unwind in preparation for the week ahead.
